Pilates is the ultimate mind body exercise for anyone who wants to tone, streamline and realign their body. The focus of this system is core stability and conscious exercise with an emphasis on breathing and precise movement. It strengthens and stretches muscles using the body's own resistance in a series of fluid movements, first strengthening the abdominal's and back, and then extending to the extremities. The combination of simultaneously stretching and strengthening develops long lean muscles, muscular balance and improved posture, resulting in graceful and effortless movement.
