Ways To Do Pilates

Private session and Group classes 

PRIVATE SESSIONS: You can expect an authentic Pilates experience utilizing every apparatus.  55 minute sessions are incorporated into a well-paced, invigorating workout with full attention to the six principles developed by Joseph Pilates:  Control, Centering, Concentration, Breathing, Rhythm and Precision.  

Each session is tailored to individuals and their goals.  

GROUP CLASSES :  Classes are 55 minutes and include Classic Pilates Mat Exercises. At times, the classes will utilize Pilates apparatus including mini-ball and magic circles.   

Class size limit: 12

Mondays 6 p.m. Yogilates, July 21st thru September 1st
The next series are:
September 8th-October 12th
October 20 - November 24th

Tuesdays 6 p.m. Pilates, July 22nd- Sept 9th.
The next series are:
September 16th - October 28th
November 4th - December 16th
$49
